Important: Please read this return policy carefully. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to these terms. No exceptions are allowed.
Important: Please note: discounted items cannot be returned. A store credit will be issued instead
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

unworn, unwashed, unused

with all original tags

in original packaging

free of scents (perfume, deodorant, detergent)
Exclusions (No Returns Accepted):
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

underwear, lingerie, shapewear

swimwear

beauty, skincare or personal care products

accessories
-
discounted or sale items (store credit only)
Final Sale:
All discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
How To Return

A photo, if the item is damaged or defective

Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items. We do not issue cash refunds.
Instant Exchange (Optional)
You may request an instant exchange for a different size or color.
Your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
To qualify:

You must return your original item within 14 days of delivery. The return must be scanned by the carrier within this period.

A small, temporary authorization (e.g., $1 USD) will be placed on your payment card.
If your original item is not returned within 14 days, the full price of the replacement item will be charged.
Return Shipping & Handling Fee
All returns are subject to a handling fee, which covers both return shipping and reshipment costs.
Store Credit Option
If you prefer not to exchange immediately, you may select store credit.
Store credit:

Is valid for 6 months from the issue date

Is issued in USD
-
Can be used on any future purchase

Is non-refundable
Important Notes

All exchanges and store credit requests must meet our standard return conditions (unused, unwashed, tags attached, no scents, original packaging).

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
No Refunds, But Great Store Credit
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for reorders, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the full value of the item, provided all return conditions are met.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
If the replacement is also defective or incorrect, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return parcels must be shipped to our Asia-based fulfillment center.
Shipping costs typically start from 35 AUD (final cost depends on your local courier). -
Tracked shipping is mandatory.
We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.
Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they enter processing.

If your order has already been shipped from our Asia warehouse, you must wait for delivery and then return the item for store credit following our return guidelines.
